A member of the housing team will check that all the information has been completed, as well as the quality and size of photos, property description and all other information provided and will confirm the registration via email. They may at this stage request further information or alternative photographs if the ones already submitted are not acceptable.
No, not immediately. Once all the details are checked and the registration confirmed, only then will we put the property live on the website. You will be advised when the property is live. Please note that property listings are due to be available to book before the end of 2025, however this is subect to change.
A rental guide and a price calculator will be available as part of the property registration process. This will be a guide price only based on what could be achieved according to the size of the property and distance to the course. Each property is unique, and each client has different requirements, so we ask that you remain flexible and realistic in your expectations to avoid disappointment in this regard.
The standard rental term is 8 nights, arrival Sunday, September 12th, 2027, departure Monday, September 20th, 2027. Any changes to an eight-night rental period would be subject to availability, possible extra cost and to be agreed with the homeowner at a later point.
