Listed Properties: These are properties that the owner lists directly on the Website. Listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is approved and published on the Website. For Listed Properties, our platform only facilitates advertising, and that all transactions or legal obligations fall between the property owner and the renter.

Managed Properties: RCTS actively manages property listings, including promotion, booking, and customer service. Managed Property fees are non-refundable once services have begun.

In all cases, property owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. RCTS accepts no liability for disputes or issues arising between property owners and third parties, including tenants.

9. Payments, Fees, and Charges
